Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of aspexa.tech and any public pages operated by Aspexa (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site explains Aspexa’s authorized AI assurance and adversarial-testing services. Site content is provided for general business information and is not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site.

2. Assessment services

Paid assessments, pilots, and related services are governed by a separate written proposal, order form, statement of work, or services agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Site Terms. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or obligates Aspexa to accept an engagement.

3. Authorized use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site;
  • use the Site to violate law, intellectual-property rights, or another person’s rights;
  • submit malicious code, deceptive requests, or content you are not permitted to share;
  • misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with an organization; or
  • copy, scrape, or reuse substantial Site content for a competing service.

Information about AI red teaming on the Site does not authorize testing of any system. All Aspexa assessments require documented permission and an agreed scope.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, reports, and other original content are owned by Aspexa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for internal evaluation of Aspexa’s services, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

5. Third-party services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including scheduling, email, analytics, or social platforms. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Aspexa is not responsible for third-party availability, security, or content.

6. Newsletter and communications

If you subscribe to updates or request a scope call, you authorize Aspexa to contact you about that request and related services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing info@aspexa.tech.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspexa disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. No website statement guarantees that an AI system is secure, compliant, or free from future failures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Site use, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aspexa’s aggregate liability arising solely from use of the public Site will not exceed USD 100. Limits for paid services are stated in the applicable client agreement.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Aspexa against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit without proper authority.

10. Changes and availability

We may update the Site or these Terms and may suspend or discontinue any public feature. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing terms

The governing law and venue for paid services are set out in the applicable client agreement. For public Site use, mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

12. Contact
